The act of ‘smudging’ is a traditional Native American practice used to cleanse and purify spaces using the smoke of burning sacred herbs. Sustainably sourced and made in the USA, this 22.5cm smudge stick features dried black sage thoughtfully handtied into a tight bundle for burning and display. To use, light the end of the sage stick and allow to smoulder, place into a heat-resistant bowl or shell and gently disperse the smoke throughout the area to dispel negative energies. Fully extinguish after use and keep away from pets and children.
